General terms and conditions of Green Parking


1. GreenParking ID numer is 550986-1599, (hereinafter referred to as GP) is responsible for the operation of garages and outdoor parking spaces for property owners.

2. With GP's software solution, it is possible to pay for the rental of parking spaces when driving into paid parking spaces. GP does not run an app and is only a software solution that the various apps connect to.

3. There are signs in and around the parking lots about the obligation to pay a fee. It states, among other things, prices and more, but more information about each location can be found here on the website under locations

4. It is permissible to park a car in accordance with the given instructions of GP. When a car is parked in a paid parking space at GP, the car owner, or the car's custodian if applicable, agrees to the company's terms and conditions for the use of a paid parking space.

5. The car owner is liable for the costs of non-payment of parking fees. If a car is driven away without payment for use, a charge is sent to the car owner in an online bank for a non-payment fee.

6.Parking and service fees paid with an app or with a payment machine are always according to the price list for each area. There are on-site payment terminals or digital payment machines at some locations where payment is made with credit cards: VISA – Mastercard – JCB – Maestro. Cancellation policy – non-refundable

7. GreenParking does not guarantee a vehicle during storage. Theft is reported to the police.

8. If a vehicle is parked illegally or does not pay parking fees according to the tariff, the vehicle may be removed at the expense of the car owners.

9. Green Parking is not responsible for damage resulting from misunderstanding, misuse or ignorance of the user or another person. Green Parking is not responsible for damage that can be attributed to external events, i.e. errors or other factors that are considered to be due to uncontrollable events.
