Green Parking ehf. manages the operation of parking spaces at Rauðarárstígur 27 on behalf of the owners, as well as service for car owners related to the use of the parking spaces. The parking spaces are located behind the building, to the side of the building, and there are also four parking spaces in front of the building. There are two entrances/exits from Rauðarárstígur.

- Signage for paid parking spaces is clearly visible with information signs at the entrances and exits.
Paid parking 24/7, every day of the year:
- Parking: 800 ISK per hour
Parking fees are paid via the EasyPark app as well as a transaction fee that EasyPark adds on top of the parking fee.
In the EasyPark app, you enter your vehicle information and select the area code 190, or the zone will appear automatically when you enter the parking area.
Car owners must always register the vehicle with the EasyPark app when parking in these spaces.
A parking supervisor is on site and monitors number plate registration for users who have not checked in via the Easy Park app, and therefore will have a service fee sent to their online bank. Registered owners or keepers of vehicles (if listed in the vehicle register) will be sent a claim via their online bank for the amount of ISK 4,500, in addition to a notification fee.

Non-payment fee
A non-payment fee is imposed on a car in a paid parking lot when it is shown that no payment has been made for the car or payment has been made for too short a time. Claims for non-payment of fees are based on the social security number of the car owner or occupier, if he is registered in the vehicle register. The claim appears the same day in online banking/banking app. If the fee is not paid within 14 days of assessment, the claim is sent to intermediate collection.
- Non-payment fee: ISK 5,500.
- An additional transaction fee of ISK 250 for the electronic invoice will be added to the penalty fee
Notes due to imposition
The car owner or occupier can make a note regarding the imposition of a non- or underpaid charge within 14 days of the imposition of the charge on the vehicle. Such a note is entered in the "Contact" column and there you select "Service". It contains basic information such as the vehicle number and the location of the parking area.
A reply will be sent by email within 14 days of the note's receipt.
