Green Parking ehf. manages the operation of car parking at Hverfisgata 105 on behalf of the owners, as well as providing services to car owners in connection with the use of the parking spaces.
The number of parking spaces is about 40. The parking spaces are located behind the building. There are two entrances and exits, one from Hverfisgata and the other from Skúlagata.
Signage for paid parking is visible with information signs at the entrances and exits.

Paid parking applies 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Price list
- Parking space: 400 ISK per hour.
Payment for parking is made via the EasyPark app, in addition to a transaction fee which EasyPark adds to the standing charge. In the EasyPark app, information regarding the vehicle is entered, and area code 412 is selected, or the area automatically appears when entering the parking area.
The first 20 minutes are free, provided that the vehicle is registered via the EasyPark app.
A parking attendant is present on the premises and monitors vehicle registrations for users who have not registered in the EasyPark app, and therefore a service fee will be charged via online banking. Registered owners or custodians of vehicles (if registered in the vehicle registry) will receive a claim in online banking in the amount of ISK 4,500, in addition to a processing fee.
